The author considers the problem of contacts of bearers of the Kama area culture of the Ciscaucasia Sarmatians on the basis of an analysis of such items as belt sets, and also some items of horse equipment. The article deals with the artifacts found in Kama area (Udmurt Republic, Russia). The finds belonged to the Sarmatians mid-2nd — mid-3rd centuries AD. From this time the said links substantially define the shape of some parts of material culture of the population from Volga-Ural region. The Kama finds are investigated against the background of numerous analogies from Sarmatian complexes. It is shown that the finds of grave 727 related to complexes of Ciscaucasia and periphery of the Roman Empire.
