The article is devoted to problems of reconstruction of economy catacombs society in the Northern Black Sea area. The quantitative changes in the climatic subzones of steppe on the average Holocene and dependence on them of year cattle breeding cycles are defined . The link between ethnosocial groups of the population and sorts of economic activity is shown. The problems of craft and patterns of ownership, as a whole level of economic development of catacombs society, are considered.
