The question about likeness and difference between such terms as “cattle-breeder” and “nomad” is discussed. These terms are not equivalent. They are different by typological and chronological status. The author considers appearance of domestic horse, horse riding and horsemanship. These three images appear successively and relatively late. Namely, it occurred in the period between the Late Eneolithic-Early Bronze Age, and Late Bronze Age-Early Iron Age.
