Special attention is paid to the materials of Palaeolithic sites of Hengerecte Mountain. One of the largest sites of Hengerecte Mountain is Burun-Alan-1. The collection of Burun-Alan-1 contains numerous Levallois cores and flakes. Most of them, including classical and asymmetrical Levallois cores, were found in lithological layer 7г.
