This article deals with the history of Moldavian Trade Road which began to combine the North of Europe with its South (Kafa, Constantinople) through the territory of Moldavian Principality (especially its part Bucovina) in the last quarter of the 14th century. Being specialized on sale of Eastern “Tartar goods”, crops and slaves, it changed to the export of Moldavian cattle in the 16th century, which increased sixfold the profits of the Prince and the coin hoards on the territory of Northern Bukovina.
