This work is the first volume of the planned series about the metal pieces of the Bronze Epoch in the south of Eastern Europe. The present volume is devoted to the Late Bronze sickles found in the south of Eastern Europe, stretching from the South Trans-Ural Area and Caucasus to the East Carpathians. The book describes almost 1500 sickles, known to the authors from archives and literature or from numerous collections stored in various cities and scientific centers of Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Romania and other states. The overwhelming majority of the materials, with a lot of earlier unknown and unpublished finds, were studied by the authors themselves during over 30 years of their scientific activity.
