Providing assistance to affected refugees in matters of stress resistance and adaptation is the main component in psychological and pedagogical assistance. Taking this aspect into account, specialists in the field of psychology, the field of training and the provision of social and educational assistance are offered some recommendations that can be used in many difficult situations where a professional approach is needed. The main goal of psycho-educational care is to reduce initial distress and promote adaptive functioning in the short and long term.
