The article represents a theoretical study of the concept of a healthy lifestyle, approached through the lens of Health Education, as well as the presentation of aspects of family influence regarding this aspect. The healthy way of life is formed and developed through health education and the basis of its formation, development and valorization is the family. The family relationship influences the development of the healthy lifestyle, thus capitalizing on the degree of pro-health attitude and healthy lifestyle implemented throughout life.
