The Galich “hoard” is a unique assemblage that has long become a Classical issue in Russian and European archaeology. The intense interest in it has not weakened so far. It’s not about the years that have passed since its discovery (March 23, 1836). The Galich “hoard” excites the minds of many generations of researchers and continues to remain a kind of mystery against the background of the surrounding archaeological cultures and sites of the Bronze Age.
