Ceramic complex of Hellenistic Bactria is characterized by the presence of such native types of Greek dishes, as “megarian bowls”, fish dishes, askos, rhyton, krater, amphora, aryballos, alabastros. At the local soil, they are modified adapting to new conditions and needs. However, not all of them are widely used in the ceramic complex of Hellenistic Bactria. Statistical analysis showed that only fish dish was widely known among the population of the country. In its turn the uneven distribution of the Greek type is explained by the nature of Bactrian settlements.
