The article is dedicated to a group of Old Rus’ temple rings, decorated with images of birds. The appearance of these decorative items is associated with the influence of Byzantine jewelry. In this regard, analyzed in this article is the group of luxury byzantine jewelry (dated back to 10th—11th centuries) with similar decorative elements.
