The given research is in the sphere of linguistic cultorology. The theme of the work was: "Cultural and language behaviour in Russian proverbs with the concept "happiness". The work consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion.
The concept "happiness" in the Russian proverbs reflected in the synonyms and antonyms which are presented in dictionary, and in the words and expressions, which concerned "happiness" in the proverbs. This concept is presented in such subject matter as food, usual life, emotions and so on. In the proverbs the given concept is presented very brightly and in details.
